"I typically don't do reviews especially pertaining to insurance. However, Amanda deserves this review. Recently I had my very first claim with State Farm since being a customer for over 35 years. I can honestly say this claim was a result of a very unfortunate fire accident that happened on my property which shook me to the core. When I called Amanda concerning this horrific accident she could sense the horror and devastation in my voice. Amanda, before jumping into the details surrounding the claim, immediately asked if she could say a prayer over me. This literally blew me away. Not only did she pray for me she asked if there was anything she and her team could do to make our situation better. This is the Prime example of being a good neighbor and loving your neighbor as yourself. She cares for her clients and lives up to the motto, "Like a good neighbor". I can't say enough about the superb service she provides her customers. BTW - This accident happened one week after we were hit by hurricane Helene when she was at the busiest time of her career and yet she still treated me as if I was her only client. Now that deserves more than a 5 star and A++ rating in my book. Amanda McGinty and her team are the best!! You will not be disappointed in her being your State Farm Agent."
